The information you choose to share
When applications are available, the form asks for your email address and what you would like Buddy to help you do or build. You may also provide your name, primary interest, and the tools you want to work with. We record a submission identifier and the time of submission.
This information is used to review your request, understand your needs, and follow up about the right starting point. Please do not submit passwords, payment information, confidential datasets, or sensitive information that is not needed for that conversation.
If the form is unavailable, it does not accept submissions. Collection opens only when the application handling and notification service are ready.
How applications are handled
Submitted applications are stored privately using Cloudflare D1. Resend is used to deliver application notifications to the Buddy application team. These service providers process information needed to host the website, store submissions, and deliver notifications.
Application access is restricted to the application team. We do not publish applications, sell them, or use their contents as advertising or analytics data. Submission details are not placed in page URLs or email subject lines.
Application information is kept only as long as needed to review requests, follow up, and maintain appropriate operational records. You can request correction or deletion using the process below.
The examples you try here
The interactive examples use sample information. They do not connect to your email, calendar, model accounts, or other services. Changes to an example are held in browser memory and can be cleared with its reset control or by reloading the page. They are not submitted as applications.
This website does not automatically use your application or example inputs to train Buddy, publish a community lesson, or change another person’s system.
Essential website information
The hosting and delivery services may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures. This website does not add advertising pixels, session replay, or third-party marketing tracking.
External websites, including DataProceeds, have their own privacy practices. Their policies apply when you follow a link and use those services.
Your installed Buddy
This notice covers this marketing website. Data handling for an installed Buddy depends on its configuration, connected services, model providers, and the settings you choose. It is not a promise that the product works entirely offline or keeps every interaction on one device.
The team will explain the relevant setup and governing product terms before purchase. Community sharing is reviewed; private conversations are not automatically published to other members.

When the application form is available, use the application page and begin your message with “Privacy request” to ask about application information, request a correction, or request deletion. Include the email address associated with your application, without adding unnecessary sensitive information.
The application page shows the current submission availability. This notice will be updated when the website’s handling of information changes.
