THE ASSIGNMENT
Find a good fit. Make the case.
Identify businesses with potentially useful data, understand why there may be a fit, and support an appropriate introduction. Prioritize relevance and a clear explanation over a long, unverified list.
Use Buddy to organize research, develop your approach, and prepare useful outreach. Respect the access and permissions you have, and keep confidential business information out of shared examples.
Accepted. Qualified. Counted once.
The score is the number of unique, qualified businesses accepted by DataProceeds for the challenge. Each accepted, undisputed, qualifying business counts once.
Accepted qualifying businesses.
Unique businesses that have been reviewed and accepted for the challenge.
Activity on its own.
Research lists, link clicks, duplicates, and pending inquiries do not count as accepted leads.
Transactions and any participant income.
These are tracked separately under approved rules. DataProceeds business fees and seller proceeds are not participant compensation.
KEEP THE WORK SIMPLE
More useful work. Less administration.
The planned workflow uses one referral link per participant and one central review record. Members should not need to maintain a second tracking system.
Participation details are being finalized. Existing members will receive the instructions through the member community when the round opens.
Closing dates, review windows, and any rewards will be defined in the participation rules. No public scores or registration are available here yet.
A SMALL TEMPLATE FOR A USEFUL LESSON
What did I try?
What changed?
What can someone else reuse?
Review what you share. Leave out private information and anything you do not have permission to disclose.
A practical experiment, with real-world variables.
The challenge does not guarantee income, a transaction, or a buyer commitment. Keep private prospects, contact details, evidence, and deal economics out of public reporting.
